I am a retired registered nurse who writes medical thrillers and a series of detective mysteries. Many of my ideas, plots and characters come from my own experiences; but of course, I throw in a lot of fiction.

Toxic Blood introduces my detective James Ford, a retired police officer from Bentonville, Arkansas. You can follow his exploits in Finding the Lost Ones, Cold-Hearted Revenge, Greed & Lies, His Haunted Past, Death of Dreams, Thieves, Hidden Mysteries, Hidden Treasures, Stranger Than Fiction and James Ford Case Files.

I am currently a member of Sisters in Crime and a founding member of Independent Fiction Authors, www.inficons.com.

I post excerpts and teasers for book lovers of all kinds.
