Hi,

I am Sabina and I am a relatively new author and publisher. I am learning the ways of all these new platforms and sharing my love for books and writing. I love the simple things in life, and I get real joy out of helping others achieve a better, happier life for themselves if I can. I love to travel, write, declutter, rearrange my house as often as I can, and food, I love to cook and experiment with recipes.

I am from Florida, but I was born in Georgetown Guyana, South America, an English-speaking country on the northern coast of South America and I grew up in Surinam, South America, a Dutch-speaking country, also on the northern coast of South America.

I have worked in the medical field for over 22 years in various fields: Medical Technology, Environmental, Microbiology, Dietary Supplements, and Pharmacology.

I have a Medical Technology and Teaching English as a Second Language to Dutch degree.

My first published book; Herbal Remedies and Natural Home Cures, is a topic dear to my heart as I grew up using most herbs, and I continued using them all through my life. I learned a lot about herbal remedies from my mother, I dedicated this book to her. Herbal Remedies and Natural Home Cures includes a brief history of herbalism, medicinal properties of 165 herbs, super-healing herbs you will want to grow or buy immediately after reading about their medicinal benefits, and the research that has been completed. An Incredible valuable book with information that will change your life. The audiobook is also available on Audible.com.

Growing up I found myself always trying to help/ encourage others with whatever they were struggling with. I firmly believe that if we all stick together and share our strengths with each other, we can help many live a happier and more fulfilled life.

As I am finding my own way to maximize my happiness, I am sharing my experiences with whoever is interested on my Blog Maximize Your Happiness.
Apart from my experiences, I share a lot of valuable content and recommendations on my website: www.sabinajadoo.com.

This journey has helped me a lot to improve my own life, which lead me to my most recent work: Simplify Your Life and Maximize Your Happiness.

Simplify Your Life and Maximize Your Happiness is about identifying your dream, removing the unnecessary things from your life (simplify it), whether it is caused by your financial situation, your career, your possessions, you name it, how to prioritize you and what you need to maximize your happiness.
Effective habits, clear goals, and simple living are essential for you to create a prosperous and happy life.
When you simplify your life, you create space for soulful pleasures, fulfilling activities, and an abundance of opportunities.

The eBook and paperback for Simplify Your Life and Maximize Your Happiness are available on Amazon.com.

I look forward to sharing my future works with you or chat with you either in my Facebook Group: Maximize Your Happiness or share other content with you on my website: www.sabinajadoo.com or Blog Maximize Your Happiness.
