Ryan P. Tinetti (D.Min., Duke University) is Assistant Professor of Practical Theology at Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, where he teaches pastoral theology and homiletics. For fourteen years he served in parish ministry. He is the author of “Preaching by Heart” (Cascade, 2021) and “The Quiet Ambition” (IVP, 2025). He and his wife, Anne, live with their four kids in St. Louis on the campus of the seminary.
