Ruchika T. Malhotra is the author of the upcoming book, Uncompete: Rejecting Competition To Unlock Success. Ruchika is also the founder of Candour, an inclusion strategy practice. Her last book, Inclusion on Purpose, was The MIT Press' top selling book of 2022 and called "transformative" by Dr. Brené Brown. Ruchika's first book, "The Diversity Advantage: Fixing Gender Inequality in the Workplace" focuses on leadership strategies to advance women at work. You would have read her writing in the New York Times and Harvard Business Review on workplace equity. A former international business journalist, she is now often quoted in media. In 2019, Ruchika was named to the Thinkers50 "On the Radar" list. She was also named to the Hive Learning list of Most Influential D&I leaders. Ruchika is Singaporean and has lived and worked on four continents.
