The winner of 7 national book awards, Ronald Beach was born to hard-working Irish Swedish entrepreneurs. The road from a two-room schoolhouse to that of being an expert in virtual management has been a great story all by itself. For thirty years he used his technical training acquired in the Marines to progress from an electronic computer technician to Senior Director US Manufacturing in the high technology data storage field. After 25 years with companies like Western Digital, Emulex, Hitachi Computer Products, and LSI Logic, he completed his Ph. D. in Organization and Management and has been managing online college degree programs for the last ten years. His first book, “The Virtual Divide” has won the 2019 American Book Fest Best Book Finalist Award, as well as the 2020 Distinguished Favorite in Leadership by the Independent Press Award. In 2019, he won the Faculty of the Year Award from Ashford University and has written several articles on leadership and management of virtual teams. He is a very proud John Maxwell Team Member and recognized as a mentor, training, and public speaker.
