Roger Best is a seasoned entrepreneur, author, and coach with over four decades of experience building and leading successful businesses across multiple industries. From his first venture at the age of eight, digging and selling worms to a local bait shop, Roger has been driven by a relentless curiosity, a sharp entrepreneurial mind, and a desire to create meaningful success, not just financial, but personal and lasting.

After years of pushing through 60+ hour workweeks, skipped vacations, and the ever-elusive promise of “one day,” Roger experienced what so many entrepreneurs do: burnout. But rather than accept it as the cost of doing business, he chose a different path, one that led to balance, freedom, and the ability to build a life he didn’t need to escape from.

Today, Roger lives and works in Puerto Rico with his wife of more than 46 years, where he runs multiple businesses, writes, coaches, and enjoys the sunshine and laid-back island vibes. His books have helped countless entrepreneurs trade exhaustion for intentional living, and reclaim the freedom they originally set out to find.

Roger’s mission is simple but powerful: to help entrepreneurs escape the grind, rediscover their purpose, and design businesses that support the life they actually want.
