Rodd Wagner is the New York Times bestselling author of the book "Widgets: The 12 New Rules for Managing Your Employees As If They're Real People." A contributor to Forbes, he is one of the foremost authorities on employee engagement, collaboration, and worker safety. Wagner's books, columns, and keynote speeches focus on how higher business performance through employee happiness. He is currently at work on his fourth book. When not writing or consulting, he enjoys running with his dog, fly-fishing, and cross-country skiing.
