Roberta Milanese is a psychologist, psychotherapist, and associate researcher at the Centro di Terapia Strategica in Arezzo, Italy. For over twenty-five years, she has worked alongside Prof. Giorgio Nardone, contributing to the development and international dissemination of the Strategic Brief Therapy model in clinical, organizational, and performance fields. Based in Milan, she provides psychotherapy, coaching, and training in Italian and Spanish, both in person and online. She teaches at the School of Specialization in Strategic Brief Psychotherapy in Arezzo and at the Master’s Program in Clinical Health Psychology at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. An international trainer and speaker, she has conducted seminars and workshops across Europe and Latin America. She is the author of fifteen books on the strategic approach, many of which have been translated into several languages.
