Rob is a 44 year old Dorset based former England international cricketer who had his leg amputated above the knee in 2018 in very unusual curcumstances In 2012 Rob became disabled after an operation that went very wrong and his and his young familys life changed forever. Rob had his leg amputated in March 2018 and decided to start writing down his memiors about his journey from being able-bodied sportsman to becoming an amputee and all that goes with it. In 2022 Rob decided to publish his biography titled FROM DISABILITY TO ABILITY in the hope it will help others who may be in a similar situation as he was in. Rob tells his story in his own words and in a jovial and honest no holds barred way.
