Rob O'Rourke is an Irish entrepreneur and business coach who helps agency owners and freelancers get more leads and book clients on repeat.

He started freelancing as a web designer in 2016 with no network, no audience, and no idea how to sell, and went from zero to six figures in his first 12 months.

In 2019 he founded Fox Web School, teaching web designers how to land better clients. It grew to over 1,300 students across 80+ countries.

In 2024 he launched Profitable Skills, where he now works directly with over 150 leading agency owners and freelancers on positioning, offers, content, and sales funnels. His students have posted millions of dollars in direct results, and Rob has sold millions worth of his own services, products, and programs online.

He is also co-owner of the agency Lucky Lemon, which has been behind eight figures in launches for creators like Pat Flynn, Paddy Galloway, and Tom Noske.
