Ritu Goswamy, Esq., (they/them) is a lawyer and productivity consultant for lawyers. They teach lawyers the tools to work smarter and be more productive for work-life balance. Ritu is the creator of the New Billable Hour™ program (level one), which helps lawyers increase their productivity by billing themselves first. They teach this system directly to lawyers in a way that is engaging, fun, and practical. By prioritizing our needs in an efficient way, we are able to then respond to other demands on our time. Due to the success of the New Billable Hour program, Ritu created the level two holistic lawyer program where lawyers can go deeper into how to work less and have a bigger impact in their professional and personal lives. Ritu’s philosophy is to shift from the reactive training we have as lawyers to live more intentionally the life we desire. Ritu holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Barnard College and a juris doctorate and master of social work from Boston College. They are a Yoga Teacher and a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor. Ritu lives amongst the coastal redwoods in the Santa Cruz Mountains, CA.
