Richard V. Lowney is a technology executive, entrepreneur, educator, and nonprofit leader whose career spans more than five decades. Beginning as a U.S. Army Computer Specialist in Germany, he went on to lead information systems at COMSAT, found several technology companies, and build Clearview Software International into a global software company serving more than 250,000 users. He later co-founded miEdge, a machine-learning company acquired by Zywave.

Beyond business, Richard has dedicated his life to education, youth development, and public service, earning the U.S. Presidential Award for Nonprofit Volunteer Leadership. Throughout his career, he discovered that lasting success is built not merely on innovation or technology, but on trust, character, curiosity, and meaningful relationships.
