Rhian Tracey was born in Swansea but moved to the Brecon Beacons where she went to school before leaving Wales for the Cotswolds, where she completed her GCSEs and A-Levels. She moved back to Wales to study English Literature at Aberystwyth then trained in Cheltenham, as a Drama & English teacher. Rhian wrote her debut novel during her first few years as a teacher in Birmingham. Rhian works as a SEN teacher, helping neurodiverse students with their studies. Rhian and her family volunteer with the charity, Medical Detection Dogs, helping to socialise puppies who will go on to be assistance dogs. Rhian lives with her teenagers and their dog, and is currently working on the bestselling Bletchley Park Mystery series.
