Reza Razavi – Courage. Passion. Transformation. Reza Razavi gives transformation a human face. Born and raised in Iran, he moved to Germany at the age of 14 — a bold step that shaped his sense of curiosity, courage, and responsibility. He studied Business Administration, Information Systems, and Data & Information Management, and launched his first entrepreneurial venture during university: a vibrant local venue that bridged culture and community. After roles in product and project management as well as consulting, he deepened his expertise in culture, management, and strategy at the Management Center St. Gallen. As Senior Expert Culture & Transformation at the BMW Group, he led cultural and organizational transformation in customer and service management. There, he developed a concept to engage employees in the transformation process and create lasting commitment to change. Today, Reza Razavi works independently as a transformation guide, keynote speaker, dialogue partner, and advisor. With his self-developed Imago Principle, he makes transformation tangible — translating complex ideas into accessible, meaningful, and emotionally resonant insights. Recognized as one of the most inspiring voices in cultural transformation, he bridges analytical depth with human warmth — showing that every true transformation begins with people.
