Renée Lovange is a young author who blends memoir and non-fiction to explore raw, emotional themes of pain, growth, and the quiet power of hope. Her debut narrative non-fiction book, To Disappear Quietly, grew organically from years of journaling. Renée refuses to shy away from difficult topics and tough conversations, aiming to give teens a voice—to help them feel seen, understood, and less alone. She writes about mental health with candid honesty, poetic prose, and an abiding sense of warmth and empathy. Renée is also the co-author of Dealing with Teen Anxiety, written together with her mother. When she isn’t writing, she enjoys long walks, strong coffee, and quiet afternoons with a good book.
