Ravi Rothenberg is a transformational coach, embodiment facilitator, and trauma-aware space holder. His purpose is deeply rooted in sharing the heart-centric healing wisdom he's realized through yoga, the union of his immersion in eastern traditions, and an adventurous journey of personal evolution. He was born in the American midwest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ravi ventured beyond what he "should" be doing and it took him on a worldwide journey to heal, grow, and evolve through far-out experiences in the East. On his path, he's found himself most at peace when on his yoga mat, immersed in nature, or writing in the early hours of the morning. He enjoys spending quality time with his partner, his pup, and the company he keeps. And like all of us, he is many things: a son, a brother, a lover, a friend, a writer, an explorer, a mover, and a shaker. Really, he loves shaking! He hopes that his first book, Ready to Rise, shakes you to your core and is a catalyst for your personal journey as you adventure down the path of peace and purpose!
