Randy Mashburn is a passionate believer in Christ who was drawn to write about his walk with God, from the life he lived before he knew God to experience the power of the Holy Spirit. As an emerging author, he shares his story to encourage others struggling or seeking inspiration. Having worked 35 years in the petrochemical and oil and gas sectors and two years in steel mills, Randy also operated a small business after moving to Colorado for seven years. Aside from writing, he is a busy church and community volunteer. Randy is a college sports fan with favorites: Texas A&M Aggies football and baseball. He engages in outdoor recreation, including travel, fly fishing for mountain creeks, bird watching, and bird hunting. He relishes cooking gumbos and whipping up camp-style breakfasts. Randy lives in Baytown, TX, with his wife Ginger and their three endearing pugs. He hopes to write children’s books that impart great life lessons.
