Ragy Thomas is the Chairman, Co-founder, and Co-CEO of UnifyApps and the founder and chairman of Sprinklr (NYSE: CXM). A serial entrepreneur for over two decades, Ragy has pioneered the defining shifts of the modern enterprise: the move from email to social media and the transition from fragmented tools to a unified front office.

A practitioner who integrated AI into enterprise backends a decade before the current hype, Ragy is now architecting the Enterprise Brain through UnifyApps. His mission is to move organizations past “human middleware” to build companies with a true, autonomous brain. An engineer with an MBA from NYU Stern, Ragy serves on Brown University’s AI Advisory Committee and lives on the East Coast with his wife and two children.
