Thank you so much for following me. Flying on the Inside has been a whole life time in the making and it feels wonderful now to be sharing my story with the world. I continue to live and work in Galway, Ireland. I love the energy and the ancientness of the landscape and being here continues to keep me spiritually enriched. Since my recovery, it has been my privilege to serve others in various forms, through my hypnotherapy and coaching practices and through speaking about my journey of trauma to full recovery. I especially like to shine a light in the dark for those still walking that lonely road to healing. If you are struggling right now, you have my empathy and my heart. I know how much tenacity it takes, and how much fortitude one must find to keep going, but keep going you will, and one day the sun will shine again in your world.
