Rachael Gilbert, MA MFT, LPC, is a licensed therapist, author, owner of BBC Health, adjunct professor at The King’s University, and host of the popular podcast Real Talk with Rachael. She combines her clinical expertise and personal experience to inspire women to walk confidently in who they are in Christ. Through her interactive book Image Restored: Tear Down Shame and Insecurity to Experience a Body Image Renovation, Rachael has led thousands of women to freedom.
