R.W. Huntington grew up reading Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, The Legend of Drizzt Do'Urden, and others. Fantasy has always been the genre that resonated the most with him. In 2020, he began playing Dungeons & Dragons with his wife, Laura, with the help of his older brother, Scott. That first experience of playing an expanded narrative within a TTRPG reignited his imagination in a way he never thought possible.
In June of 2020, he began writing his first novel, 'A War for Iron & Stone'. After several reworkings and overhauls over several years, he published that novel here on Amazon in March 2025 with the sequel being released on the same date, March 31, 2026.
