With a significant Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) compliance support background in Refining, Distribution, Pipeline Operations, and Retail. With a focused in-depth background in waste management including recycling and used oil management. Environmental support areas included Incident Command System (ICS) application, within the Shell Oil Company Response Group and three years on the Deepwater Horizon Incident. As a Shell Oil Team Leader responsibilities included support to Distribution, Pipeline and Retail residual management with a significant focus on Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance. Primary activities include, staff management, waste management, incident management and investigation support, remediation, litigation support, plan writing and review, training development and implementation, and on-site training. Facility operational support and on-site management background in Safety, Health, Environmental Compliance related to Air, Water, Waste, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), site remediation, and Department of Transportation (DOT), Fuels, Used Oil collection and processing, and Finished Lubricants production compliance management. Refining and Lubricant Compounding QA/QC laboratory management. Specialized Trainer Highlights include Terminal / Pipeline / Retail Environmental Compliance Training.
