Robert Parker is the cowriter of the bestselling Hoof GP books, Bruised Sole and Code Brown, alongside his brother, Graeme (aka the Hoof GP) and the creator and presenter of the popular Scotland Unplugged YouTube channel. Robert grew up on the family farm in Galloway but ran off to Edinburgh to study design at 18, and then promptly dropped out. He spent 12 years working in fraud investigation for a tech company before leaving it all behind to make irreverent videos about Scotlands culture, landscapes and history. He lives in Edinburgh with his wife, three children and an annoying cat called Jasper. A Snow Storm in June is his first crime novel.
