Piyush Mahiskey is an award‑winning Indian novelist known for his emotionally precise storytelling and his ability to capture the fragile, unspoken truths of growing up. He is the author of Durga in Nigeria, That Shade of Purple, and all three books of The Schoolboy Saga—KG II B: The Year That Shaped the Fragile Heart, IX B: The Fragile Heart of an Achiever, and X C: The Silent Killer. While KG II B serves as the tender, nostalgic prequel that reveals the origins of a sensitive boy’s inner world, IX B and X C follow his journey through ambition, friendship, silent battles, and the emotional storms of adolescence.

All three books of The Schoolboy Saga—IX B, X C, and KG II B—became Amazon Bestsellers. IX B reached #1 in the Children’s Drama category and earned him recognition in the Asia Book of Records as part of a landmark publishing initiative led by Sweta Samota and Manish Samota. He received his second Asia Book of Records honour for X C: The Silent Killer through the Daughters of Nalanda movement by India Authors Academy, where 300+ authors launched their books on the same day, marking one of India’s largest coordinated literary releases.
