Peter Foggin is a leadership coach, author, and radio presenter who spent the first half of his career telling other people how to lead and the second half discovering how little of it he could actually explain simply.

He is the founder of Covey Leadership UK, a licensed pilot, and now, semi-retired in Germany's Black Forest, the author of seven books spanning resilience, voice, and purpose, plus one that turned the whole process into the subject.

His books include Find Your Second-Wind, a framework for rebuilding after setbacks,

Rekindle Your Voice, on breaking free of imposter syndrome,

Rekindle Your Life, on rediscovering purpose,

Re-Framed, twelve classic paintings reimagined as modern short stories,

Point of No Return, a flying memoir written from bankruptcy, business collapse, and three heart attacks,

and, Present Tense, on stepping out of the arenas we perform in.

His latest, Authentically AI, is a satirical account of writing a leadership book with an AI that kept trying to improve it, and the growing suspicion that thought leadership might not need thought at all.

He lives in the Black Forest region of Germany.
