Paula Lennon is the sixth and last child in a family of boys, born to Jamaican parents in the West Midlands, England. Paula lived in Jamaica during her teens and attended Clarendon College high school in Chapelton. For many years Paula worked as a commercial lawyer in London, England, before deciding to live where the weather was more conducive to smiling. She currently resides in Jamaica, where she is always actively plotting, writing, and being distracted by the Caribbean Sea. Joffe Books, London, published her Jamaican crime trilogy following Jamaican Detective Raythan Preddy, Scottish Detective Sean Harris, and the Pelican Walk team: MURDER IN MONTEGO BAY (15 February 2022) Book 1 MURDER UNDER THE PALMS (23 February 2022) Book 2 MURDER AT SUGAR RUSH BEACH (2 March 2022) Book 3 In 2023, from Wildfire Books - WATCH HER RUN - set in the USA, featuring a British private eye and her daughter on a road trip to America who end up on the hunt for a serial killer. In April 2024, from Farrago Books (in association with the Comedy Women In Print Prize) comes a funny anthology THE BOOK OF WITTY WOMEN featuring 15 short stories, including Paula's prize-winning short story SORRY, DELIVERY a murder mystery set in London.
