Paula Fenwick believes in the power of leading from the heart to provide people with the inspiration, motivation and tools to navigate their own life journey. Paula is an Author, Speaker, Facilitator, Leadership and Resilience coach and … a Human with Purpose. Paula holds a number of academic qualifications, including a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Master of Science in clinical medicine. Paula has worked within the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years and as a leader, she has developed a strong people-focused approach. She believes that connectedness within an organisation is the driver of creativity, performance, efficiency and ultimately quality of service. Her innate entrepreneurial skills and strong business acumen have seen her champion a collaborative approach across key functional groups, generally leading to excellent business results and real personal engagement for the team members. Paula is an advocate for mental health and has continually developed herself as a coach and mentor since the early ‘90s where she has used these skills in a number of organisations. She is a mentor to the next generation of leaders. Paula has been involved with Rotary International since the age of 15. She is committed to Service above Self and she sees herself as a connector of people and resources to support communities struggling with the lack of basic human essentials. She has received the Paul Harris Fellow Sapphire Award and served as the Rotary Club of Manningham President 2007-2008. Paula is currently a board member of the Rotary Club of Balwyn, Australia.
