Hi there, My name is Paul J Hunter. My mission in life is to teach people how to get the life they want. So, for instance, if you want to be happy, I want to help you get happy, even if you've tried and failed before. Let me tell you a little about me. I went to university many years ago to study psychology. I had always been fascinated by the human mind. The university course left me feeling dissatisfied because it was more about learning how to write well-referenced assignments instead of learning about real people. So I went and worked in sales. That taught me a lot about people and how to influence them. I stumbled on hypnosis by accident in a desire to quit my 50-a-day smoking habit. Here's the totally awesome thing - it actually worked! As I am writing this, it's 22 years since I quit smoking and I have never craved a single one. So I got fascinated by hypnosis and decided to study to become a hypnotherapist. In the meantime, I have also qualified as a life coach, a mindfulness practitioner, and EFT practitioner and a CBT practitioner. I have worked for the past fifteen years as a therapist and have helped thousands of people to ditch their limitations and live a better, happier and more fulfilled life. I would love to be your guide if you'll allow me.
