Books he has written have sold hundreds of thousands of copies and been translated into at least ten languages. He is the co-author, with legendary movie star Rutger Hauer (Blade Runner, Ladyhawke, The Hitcher) of Rutger’s autobiography, ALL THOSE MOMENTS.
