Patricia is an author, educator, and counselor with over three decades of experience in the mental health field. Holding a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling, she serves as both a seasoned school counselor and an adjunct professor, training the next generation of counseling professionals in evidence-based techniques.

Her "boots-on-the-ground" expertise is further deepened by 20 years of experience as a foster parent, giving her a profound understanding of the practical tools families need to navigate anxiety and emotional wellness. Growing up as a preacher’s daughter in the Pennsylvania mountains, Patricia was raised with a deep-seated commitment to service and community—a spirit that shines through in her interactive workbooks.

By blending clinical expertise with a passion for creativity, she provides readers with user-friendly, innovative resources that make managing anxiety feel attainable. When she isn't developing mental health resources, she enjoys creating fun, lighthearted projects that celebrate the simple joy of being creative.
