Dr. Patrice Berry is a licensed psychologist who is passionate about providing quality mental health services to children, teens, families, and adults. She has over 15 years of experience and has worked in a variety of settings including juvenile justice, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment, acute psychiatric treatment, community services, intensive in-home, outpatient, and school- based treatment. In April 2020, Dr. Berry opened her clinical practice, Four Rivers Psychological Services, after her full-time position ended due to schools closing. In January 2021, Dr. Berry launched her second business Mind Your Legacy, LLC to separate her clinical (therapy, psychological testing) and nonclinical services (speaking, coaching, products, and social media). She considers herself to be a psychologist that is a Christian. Meaning that she ethically integrates faith into therapy for individuals/families that desire to include their faith as part of their treatment. She affirms, supports, and advocates for the rights of the LGBTQ+ community. As a heterosexual cisgender African American woman, one of her favorite quotes is: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
