Hi, I am a Baby Boomer born in Yorkshire. Art school was my chosen path as a young man but the need to earn a living was prescient and that path never materialised. I satisfied my need to draw by producing cartoons for people’s entertainment and their special occasions. Creative writing has always been a passion and I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey it has taken me on in the production of my the first two novels. Hopefully this is evident in the characters and events you will encounter in the writing that I share with you. Now that you have found my books amongst the millions out there on Amazon, then I really do hope that you enjoy them both. I have remained faithful to the era in which the novels are set, a time without mobile phones, advanced computers and all things internet. Hopefully, it will take you back to that place or for other readers maybe show you something different, a world without social media and interconnected data. Following my first novel: THE LETTER which is set in Yorkshire is DEVLIN'S DILEMMA, set in1970's Ireland. The latter is now available as an audiobook and has been brilliantly narrated by Beau Thomas. Happy reading or indeed listening. My third novel is underway and is set in one of my favourite places, Italy. My favourite authors must include Walter Mosley, Andrea Camilleri and Elmore Leonard Pat McQueen
