P. Jo Anne Burgh returned to creative writing in her forties after a twenty-five-year hiatus. She began by writing short stories, several of which won or placed in literary contests. Her novella, MY BROTHER, ROMEO, was published in 2021 by Tuxedo Cat Press. Jo Anne has also written two novels: STATE V. CLAUS: A TALE OF LAWYERS, REINDEER, LOVE, AND MAGIC (Tuxedo Cat Press, 2020), and BECOMING MRS. CLAUS: A NOVEL ABOUT LOVE, CHOICES, AND FINDING THE WAY HOME (Tuxedo Cat Press, 2023). She is presently at work on the third novel in the Claus series.
