Owen Fitzpatrick is a social psychologist, keynote speaker, and author of Inner Propaganda (Ideapress, 2026).

For over two decades, he has studied one question: how do beliefs form, why do they hold, and what does it take to change them? His research has taken him from Fortune 500 boardrooms to propaganda hotbeds like North Korea, Rwanda, and Afghanistan and his work has been seen online by millions of people. He has spoken to audiences in more than 30 countries worldwide.

Owen has worked with organizations including Google, LinkedIn, Pfizer, and Coca-Cola, studied negotiation at Harvard Business School and Persuasion at MIT, and is one of just 51 Global Speaking Fellows worldwide. His nine books have been published in 21 languages.

Inner Propaganda reveals the unconscious beliefs running quietly behind every decision you make—and how to rewrite them.
