I am a product of good Midwestern values, you know the 4th of July, Baseball, Boy Scout food drive values that stay with you. I survived three decades of saving lives before turning to writing stories about the people who shaped my life, for good and bad. A firefighter and paramedic before transitioning to nursing,I spent many years in a Level 1 Trauma Center, where I learned that the real heroism happens between the chaos - in the quiet moments when strangers become family, and ordinary people rise to meet impossible situations. My football series - Championship Season, Lightning Strikes Twice, and 4th and long draws from my own experiences on the sidelines as a player as well as a Head Coach for a Jr. High Football team; exploring the bonds forged through competition, crisis, and community. These aren't just sports stories - they're love letters to small-town life, the coaches and Nurses who shape me, and the friends who become brothers& sisters. Against all Gods is the start of a Medical satire series that is seeped in the many years of Privileged Intimacy that comes with taking care of people. And Now Tales From Gods Country is the start of a the series The Biichi-biboon chronicles, which is written in the "Netflix" Series Genre.
