My love for drawing, meditation, motivation and yoga has lead me to creating books based on what has benefited my health and well being. Since applying these activities to my morning routine or any time of the day I feel energized, ready and one step ahead. Yoga has so many health benefits, my books will show the poses and brief description of how they can help you. After my yoga stretches I go into meditation every morning, this helps me exercise my mind, similar to every other muscle in our body, it needs training. You notice if you keep this up on a daily basis the mind chatter will be calmer and in your control. I have found this part particularly powerful. It just requires daily discipline and effort which anyone can adapt to and achieve.
