She is a sought after anti-racism expert and founded an online anti-racism academy. She has provided bespoke consultancy and worked with a variety of organisations from FTSE 500 companies to human rights charities. Nova is an accomplished public speaker and was headhunted to curate and deliver a TED talk on racial microaggressions in 2019. Nova is a passionate advocate for equity, collective healing and helping people use self-agency to role model change.
