Nikki Gresham-Record is a first time Author, bringing her life's work together in this complete comprehensive guide to self-healing: Working With Chakras for Belief Change - The Healing InSight Method. Nikki is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with an interest in energy psychology, healing and spirituality. Diagnosed with Lupus at the age of 19, Nikki became progressively ill and after the birth of her second child was forced to look at the way in which she managed her ill health. Her explorations of mind, body and spirit, led her to a radical spiritual awakening and deep personal understanding of the human experience of dis-ease and wellness. Having healed herself completely of the supposedly incurable disease, Nikki, through practice-based evidence is on a mission to awaken people to the power of working with the body, mind and spirit for healing of our mental and emotional pain which she believes underlies most of the physical bodies expression of pain and dis-ease. Aligned with the new science, Nikki's work bridges science, spirituality and psychology to assist in the releasing of humanities pain through energetic subconscious belief re-programming. Passionate about acting with unconditional love, empowering us to take back our own power and raising the consciousness of the planet, Nikki teaches her Healing InSight method in workshops and on-line, teaches Reiki and Qigong and sees individual clients for personal therapy in her home town of Midhurst, West Sussex and Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, UK.
