Since my early youth, I have practiced Eastern philosophy, martial arts, and meditation. Later, I studied cultural sciences, Chinese Medicine, and ancient wisdom traditions - always finding new ways of bringing this knowledge to life.

Along the way, I encountered teachers who challenged me with honesty and love. And I learned: self-knowledge is a lived experience – that changes everything.
