Nidal Sakr is a life long activist, economist, healer, and social transformer. Practiced health and wellness since college years, and mined world cultures for hidden treasures, traditional medicine techniques, and holistic health. Nidal’s philosophy in life is to search for that whole healthy state of existence, restore conditions to primal, and rebuild on the healthiest foundation. Sure with life comes wear and tear. Sure not everything and everyone is born “healthy”. But if you think about it, the healthiest we’ve ever been is before we started encountering life demand on our wellness, health and wellbeing. Life can be seen as a Journey of finding answers to questions that never cease to occur. Call it “troubleshooting” journey. Together, we are here to gain higher understanding so we may each take our own journey. It is thoughtful, inspiring, stimulating, provocative, but most importantly; KIND.
