I'm a Louisiana girl with a curious mind, a questionable sense of humor, and more interests than I know what to do with. Shenanigans and people making questionable decisions have a special place in my heart.

Life hasn't always been laughs, though. I'm an abuse survivor, and I know what it's like to lose yourself while trying to keep everyone else happy. It's one reason I write books encouraging women to stop living for other people and start putting themselves first.

I'm a mom, an avid reader, a mushroom coffee drinker, and a mentor to other authors.

Life's too short to pretend to be someone you're not, and we’re too damn interesting to be just one thing.
