Nick Warren is a personal finance author, teacher, coach and “tax engineer” who writes no-BS guides to help business owners discover what he wishes he knew years ago. Nick earned an Electrical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University before thriving as a mid-level manager in the technology industry. After leaving corporate America for entrepreneurial ventures, he discovered and collected methods and proven approaches to use a business to save money on taxes and build personal wealth. He discovered his love for teaching and pivoted to financial coaching, already having helped over 250 business-owning families master tax strategies and wealth management. His direct writing style makes complex concepts approachable, earning praise for its clarity and ROI-driven insights. Nick's work integrates concepts from multiple disciplines (e.g. accounting, legal, investment, banking and risk management) to help business-owning families learn how to build their wealth better. His mission? To improve marriages through smarter wealth management. When not crafting training materials, videos or reading about business, Nick practices Pilates, tackles hiking trails or is in the kitchen baking or smoking BBQ. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife, his biggest supporter and occasional debate partner.
