Nick Leja is a portfolio entrepreneur and author passionate about using story to teach what lectures often can’t. Through Leja Stories, he writes immersive short fiction that helps readers build soft skills like empathy, leadership, emotional intelligence, and resilience — not through instruction, but through experience.

Each story invites readers into a moment of tension, reflection, or quiet transformation. Whether it’s a chipmunk at a crossroads or a team struggling with trust, Nick’s characters mirror the challenges we all face in life and work.

He doesn’t write as someone with all the answers — just someone who’s been in the arena, stumbled forward, and is sharing what he’s learned. When he’s not writing, Nick leads a portfolio of businesses across fashion resale, tech, and home services, all with one mission: to create spaces where people can thrive.
