Natalie’s interests in psychology, family dynamics, human relationships, mental health, and personal improvement have grown into a passion for researching and writing about these topics in a way that inspires growth, healing, and connection.
Natalie’s writing is shaped by both her academic background and real-life experience. She attended Brigham Young University–Hawaii and graduated from BYU–Pathway Worldwide in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies. She also earned certificates in Marriage, Family, and Human Relations; Advanced Marriage and Family; and Parent and Family Education. This knowledge has proven valuable in her work as an author and in her important role as a stay-at-home mom.
Her first book, "Reclaim Your Life While Battling Depression", was published by Cedar Fort in 2025. Her second book, "400 Fun Date Questions (Plus Date Ideas!)" will be published in May of 2027.
Natalie is in a precious and busy stage of life with two young children at home and treasures the opportunity to devote her time and energy to love and care for her family. Originally from Washington State, Natalie and her husband of five years are currently living in Utah. In her spare moments, she enjoys writing, connecting with friends, staying active, and frequently challenges herself with new hobbies and creative projects. She loves being a mom and finds joy in creating memories with her children through exciting family adventures and the beauty of everyday moments.
Natalie hopes to encourage others through her writing and have a positive impact on those around her. She looks forward to publishing additional books and aspires to expand her work into motivational speaking. Above all, Natalie has a deep love and gratitude for her Savior, Jesus Christ, which influences both her personal life and her writing.
