Natalie Cline Bright writes for both kids and adults, the majority of her articles and novels combine her passion for the American West and are inspired by the farming community of Dimmitt where she grew up. She completed a BBA in business, and now writers from a cattle ranch in the Texas Panhandle. She enjoys talking to groups and classrooms about all things western. Her newest book is A NEW FATHERLAND written with a German co-author about the early settlement of the Texas Hill Country. She has two history-cookbooks with authentic recipes from the cattle trailing and Cowtown era featuring archival and working ranch photos, a western inspirational series, and an historical series for middle grade readers. Natalie served a two-year term on the Board of Directors of Western Writers of America, is a member of Women Writing the West, Academy of Western Artists, American Chuck Wagon Association, West Texas History Association, and is the 2022 recipient of the Lifetime Membership Award from Texas High Plains Writers of Amarillo.
