N. Katherine “Katie” Lim writes heartfelt small-town romance novels with a touch of mystery, where integrity, belonging, and unexpected love take center stage. Inspired by the natural beauty of the United States and the UK, her stories are set among close-knit communities where courage and moral fortitude are tested, often under difficult circumstances.

"I wrote my first novels because I love a hint of mystery mixed with romance, yet I often wished there were more stories that didn’t revolve around murder. I wanted to create clean and intelligent stories where a close-knit community mattered just as much as the mystery or challenge itself."

She lives in southwest Idaho with her husband, their family, and two dogs, and draws much of her inspiration from everyday life, faith, and the relationships that shape who we become.
