Hello! I’m Tracy, although you’ll find my books under the name T N Traynor.

If you’d told my younger self that one day I’d become a published author, I would never have believed you.

Growing up, I struggled at school and spent many years convinced I wasn't intelligent. Only as an adult did I learn that I had dyslexia.

My first jobs included washing dishes in a restaurant, waitressing, and working as a chambermaid. Then, at forty, I returned to college and studied accounting. A few years later, I became a finance manager, and my confidence grew.

Somewhere along the way, I rediscovered my love of storytelling.

Today, I’ve published books across several genres, including science fiction, Christian fiction, fantasy, romance, and cozy mysteries. My work has received awards and finalist placements, but I still think the absolute greatest joy of this job is hearing from readers.

Whether I’m writing about survivors exploring a post-apocalyptic Earth ruled by artificial intelligence, an unlikely hero discovering that he possesses hidden magic, a murder in an English country village, or stories of faith and second chances, I’m always drawn to characters who find strength they never knew they had.

From the child who struggled to read to the woman who creates worlds, the journey still feels like nothing short of a miracle.
