Moe is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, a highly-experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Moe is also a Certified Coach, an authorized distributor for the Wiley Suite of products (DiSC, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, Leadership Practices Inventory) a Certified Benchmarks Facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership, and a standing member of the Denison Culture Roundtable. Moe has presented on a variety of topics at numerous organizations including South by Southwest (SXSW), Women's Center for Leadership, University of Michigan, TEDx San Juan Island and TEDxPeachtreeCircle, American Public Works Association, Northwest Human Resource Management Association, and others. Moe describes what she does simply: help people do their best work. Moe has a rich background of Fortune 100 consulting, academic and institutional learning, keynote addresses, authorship, strategic partnering, and masterful facilitation. She grounds her approach in a unifying and undeniable truth: successful work is dependent upon human relationships. Moe’s varied contributions to people and organizations have consistently stimulated positive ripple effects with direct and favorable impact to the bottom line. Having worked for many years in the outdoor education arena as an instructor for Outward Bound and the National Outdoor Leadership school, she continues to bring adventure into her client engagements in big and small ways. Moe enjoys both traveling the world and being outside in her home town of Central Oregon: running, riding horses, working in the garden, or just strolling. She earned a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and an M.S. in Organizational Management from Antioch University.
