Miller Thomas first discovered his love for writing at the age of nine. Tapping away on his mom's old, green typewriter, he wrote many stories about his Pitbull puppy, Darla the Wonder Dog. The thought never occurred to him, however, that writing could be anything more than a hobby. He graduated from high school and went to college, majoring in Criminal Justice. He enjoyed the challenge of writing assignments and thought to continue on to grad school. After graduation, life, however, took a different turn, as he fell in love and decided to get married. A few years later, during a vacation at home, he started writing out of boredom. His first published novel is the result of six years of work. Along the way, he began to dream of, one day, experiencing the joys of offering his work for the enjoyment and entertainment of others. Crime and detective work seemed a natural fit, with his knowledge of the legal process and dedication to authentic characterization. Tales of the paranormal, horror, and Sci-fi have always struck a chord within him. He enjoys books, movies, and TV concerning supernatural creatures and fantastic journeys into other worlds. The idea of vampires, immortal beings with long lives in which to prey upon their victims, had always intrigued him, imagining what such a being could do if using its considerable abilities to build, rather than destroy. Thus, the Wolf Hunter Inquisition series was born. He finds time for writing between working a full-time job, and being a husband and father to his children. He hopes you will enjoy his work and values any feedback you would like to share. He has several more projects still in development and intends to continue his writing and publishing journey for many years to come.
