Mike is a Learning Leader and Transformation Facilitator who helps leaders and organisations solve problems that have eluded them elsewhere.

Often described as being a bright, vibrant light that not only illuminates paths but sparks that light in others. His approach isn't about telling you what to do; he's more of a guide, creating the space for you to uncover the new, the fresh, and the uncharted possibilities - the Vantage Point.

With a career and personal journey spanning 30 years, Mike not only explored the cognitive behavioural space but also dived deep into the profound realms of our deeper intelligence through his own enlightened experiences. His experiences serve as a compass for navigating the intricate paths of transformation.

In the realm of transformation, Mike gracefully navigates the dynamic undercurrents of the spiritual, mental, and behavioural landscape, influencing the thoughts and actions of individuals and organisations alike. He focuses on elevating their ability to see the world, its problems, and solutions with the freshness of a dew-kissed morning, unlocking their reservoirs of potential.

At the organisational level, Mike's approach playfully challenges the status quo, transcending hierarchical thinking. He guides you into the world of living adaptive systems and their self-organising nature, creating a workplace culture that naturally draws from and harmonises with the collective wisdom of its people, adapting effortlessly to the ever-changing winds of our complex world.

Think of Mike's approach as inviting your busy mind to settle into a state of clarity, much like how a snowstorm settles in a snow globe, clearing the space to look through complex terrain and allowing for insight to emerge.
